I am proud of my resiliency in the face of adversity. My pathway has been long and hard. It is my personal mission to create a clear pathway for others who come behind and ease their suffering for themselves and their families.
#BellLetsTalk was founded with the sole mission to reduce the stigma of mental health and addictions. Our suffering often happens in isolation. If we are not talking about mental illness we further perpetuate the stigma. #EndTheStigma #MentalHealthAwarness ... See MoreSee Less
My mess has become my message. Growing up in a middle class family I had all the trappings of a “good life”. Parents who loved me, clean home, shelter, but yet under the veil of a facade, I knew there was something terrible wrong. Unfortunately I thought it was me! Since I was a young child, I knew I was going to have to walk this path solo and I made a vow to not let anyone in because I learned at a young age, people hurt you!! My recovery has been a long and painful pathway of unlearning; addiction, depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, shame, low self esteem, body image issues, disordered eating, marriage and family dysfunction. I had to become became willing to become teachable and I have done so tenaciously. I am so grateful for my history, as I would never ever be able to appreciate my life as it is today.Share what are you in in Recovery from? 🙏🏻❤️⬇️ #inrecoveryfromlife ... See MoreSee Less
If you seriously want to upgrade your quality of life you must be prepared to reflect mindfully on the following and this is not a “one-time” deal, it is a constant practice. #desiremap #truthbomb #uplevelnow
I’m looking for the Natural high feeling and if I want to get there I am evaluating everything in my life!!!
What is the desired feeling I want for today?
Say what you mean and mean what you say. (Alignment with your truth).
Lean into what you are emotionally feeling. Learn to process what is coming up for you, as what resists will persist.
No more people pleasing.
Look for alignment with your words, actions and energy.
