First time talking about how this space may be a place to share about some of the newer modalities and tools that have been helpful in my recovery practice. It is equally important to talk about what hasn't worked as we as what has! How do we embrace change and transcend limiting beliefs? By creating a safe and supportive community and talking about the issues that not every one may want to talk about. If you are intrigued or wish to hear more about the conversations that challenge the status quo, please join me by hitting "like".
It is important that this event is well supported, please join us, type "YES" if you are in!!!
Addiction is a family health issue, and for everyone who suffers 5-7 family members may be impacted by that one person.
We need you to join us and spread the work of Recovery Day Toronto.
Addiction, Substance Abuse, Substance Misuse is a National Health Crisis and should not be kept in the closet. Families suffer in isolation and feel increasingly disconnected from this illness, so come on down and celebrate with us OUT LOUD, and reduce the stigma of Mental Illness and Addiction.
If you have any questions, just message me and we will clear them up!

#Day4 of the #greatnesschallenge, As a Champion for Change and Kindness we need to suspend our judgement towards one another. Yes, we all have a story and our suffering is equal, it just plain hurts!!!! Helping to pave the way for those who follow behind us by supporting them, listening to their stories with unconditional love, with the hope that they too may grow to love and forgive themselves, and transcend their limited beliefs and stories, as well! Part of the magic, is to be supported by likeminded community. @lewishowes. #champion #kindness #compassion #change #love #community #recovery#freedom #addictionrecovery #serenity #greatness #yesyoucan #justdoit ...
